Return & Refund Policy

Except for items that are damaged or lost during shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your package is damaged or lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost. We will also contact your local post office and request an investigation to help locate the package whenever possible.

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase free of charge. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
